A Cozy Retreat with Friendly Service

We had a pleasant stay in a spacious room with all the essentials. The shower pressure was fantastic, and we enjoyed the warm ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Justice at the restaurant, who made our dining experience memorable. Remember to clarify payment options at check-in!

The staff allowed for an easy extension of our stay without overcharging, which was such a relief! Parking right outside our Superior Double Studio made it super convenient, especially during the rainy days. Plus, the on-site restaurant served exceptional meals that made each dining experience a delight!

Had an epic time at this cozy joint! The chopped salads were so fresh, and don't even get me started on the dining options nearby—Patacca just blew me away with their local flair. Super clean and spacious One-Bedroom Apartment made it a home away from home!

Could use some tweaking with those two large beds in the same space, felt a bit cramped.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with

coeliac meals and sharing great local recommendations. However, the room could benefit from minor maintenance, as the shower tray nearly overflowed during our stay. Otherwise, we had a pleasant time enjoying the restaurant offerings and relaxing by the pool.

The stay was exceptional, with tidy and well-presented rooms that provided a comfortable experience. The restaurant served delicious meals that were great value for money, and the amenities catered perfectly for business and family trips. The helpful staff went above and beyond, even adjusting my room due to my needs and being attentive throughout my stay. Parking was ample and convenient.

The spa bath was fantastic, but the milk was off after we asked for it.

The spacious three-bedroom apartment catered perfectly to our family's needs. We enjoyed a lovely view of the mountains that added to our experience. The staff were consistently friendly and went out of their way to ensure our children were accommodated during meals.

The service at dinner was a bit slow which affected our overall dining experience.

The stay included a lovely sashimi dish that was a highlight during dining, showcasing the restaurant's quality. The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable environment. However, filling the kettle using the bathroom tap felt unhygienic, detracting from the overall experience. A leaking bathroom ceiling caused significant inconvenience at night, and the service during dinner was slow, notably with a missed entrée order and miscommunication about the roast dish.

We had a fabulous time in our spacious one-bedroom apartment! The spa bath was a hit with our child, and we appreciated the cozy setup. On top of that, the hotel staff were incredibly attentive to our needs throughout our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, a few more utensils in the kitchen would have been helpful for our family meals.

I had a fantastic stay! The spacious studio had everything I needed, including a nice kitchen area. The pool was heated and a perfect way to unwind, but the limited Sky channels were a bit disappointing. I'd definitely stay here again!

The meals were top-notch and the staff had great suggestions for local eats. I loved lounging by the heated swimming pool and soaking in the outdoor areas after a long day of exploring. The only hiccup was the noise from the adjoining room, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all—just a heads up! ☀️

what a fantastic place! the large studio with kitchen was super modern and clean. it was just a short walk to the shops, and the self-catering kitchen had everything we needed. special thanks to liz at reception for being so friendly and helpful!
